General Returns
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 98206 01707 or enquiry@krishnabatteries.in with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit, as appropriate.
Because these items are typically unusable once returned, there is no requirement that the product be unused or in original packaging for a damage or defect claim.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because batteries and UPS systems are electrical products that we resell once returned, we're only able to accept a change-of-mind return if the product is still sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Once a product has been installed or used, we can't accept it back for a refund or credit — only a defect or warranty claim applies at that point.
Refunds — Store Credit (Gift Card)
Approved returns are resolved with store credit in the form of a gift card, rather than a cash refund to your original payment method. The gift card will be issued for the value of the returned item and is valid for one year from the date of issue, to be used toward any future purchase from Krishna Batteries.
Old Battery Buyback / Exchange
We offer a buyback/exchange program for your old battery when purchasing a new one from us. Buyback value depends on the condition, brand, and type of the old battery, and is assessed by our team at the time of exchange. Warranty Claims
Returns for a manufacturing defect covered under warranty are handled as a warranty claim rather than a standard return, and follow the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. See our Services page and Terms of Service for more on how warranty support works.
