Krishna Batteries Pvt. Ltd. ("Krishna Batteries," "we," "us," or "our") sells and services inverter batteries, UPS systems, solar backup equipment, and related accessories, operating from Thane, Maharashtra, India.
2. Products, Pricing, and Availability
We work to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors, and to cancel or refuse any order arising from such an error, even after an order has been placed or confirmed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual item.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity). 4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, subject to that manufacturer's terms and conditions. Krishna Batteries assists in facilitating warranty claims but is not the manufacturer and does not extend the manufacturer's warranty beyond its stated terms. Any service, installation, or maintenance work performed by our team is subject to the specific terms communicated to you at the time of service.
6. Returns, Exchange, and Old Battery Buyback
Returns, exchanges, and our old battery buyback/exchange program are subject to the specific terms described in our Refund Policy, our Services page, and communicated to you at the time of transaction. Please contact us before returning or exchanging any product.
7. AMC and Service Plans
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) coverage, response times, and inclusions are as described on our Services page and in the specific AMC agreement provided to you at the time of enrollment. AMC terms may be updated from time to time; the terms in effect at the time of your enrollment or renewal will apply to that period.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or Services, including by attempting unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the website's operation, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
